He is a product of Spartanburg, South Carolina and a graduate of Dorman High School. Michael received his B.A. in Political Science from Alabama A&M University, his Master of Public Administration degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
In August of this year, Mr. Brown will begin pursuing an advanced law degree (LLM) from the University of London concentrating in Comparative Laws of the United States and the Laws of the European Union with a focus on Criminology and Criminal Justice.
